Megan and her husband, Justin, have been a part of the Sonoma Ave family for most of their lives, with both their families having raised them in this church community. Together they have two young daughters as well as a collection of pets. Megan has been a worship minister since 2016 when she felt God call her to lead. In December of 2019, after living away from Sonoma County for nearly a decade, Megan felt the call to move back to Santa Rosa and lead worship at her home church. She leads with her voice, an ukulele, and the piano (though not all at the same time), and selects both traditional and contemporary songs to lead the worship team and congregation in worship. When she isn’t leading worship, Megan is an elementary music teacher and feels passionate about nurturing a love of music in all kids. Megan also loves to cook, read Fantasy novels, play video games, and of course spend lots of time with her family. |
